Scholarship in Honor of SNES Alumnus to Benefit Current Students

QISCET has concern for economically and socially backward sections of the society and sincerely puts every efforts in passing on the benefits offers by the Govt. and other agencies for this purpose.

The Social Welfare Department and the Tribal Welfare Department, government of Andhra Pradesh will sanction scholarships to all eligible SC , ST, BC , Minority and PHC students who are admitted in Engineering courses for which candidates are selected through EAMCET.

Scholarships for SC, ST, BC and Minority students

  1. Non-Local candidates                     :     Rs 250/-  p.m

  2. Students managed Hostel               :     Rs 400/-  p.m

  3. College attached Hostel                  :     Rs 525/-  p.m 

Tuition Fee Reimbursement For BC Students

  1. For free seat candidates         :     Rs. 3,750/-

  2. For payment seat candidate    :    Rs. 10,000/-

How To Apply

The prescribed scholarship forms for Post Matric Scholarship are available in all the educational institutions supplied by the Social Welfare Department free of cost. The application forms can be gad from the educational institutions at the time of admissions. The forms will also be made available in the special counters set up by the Social Welfare Deportment at the time of EAMCET Counseling. These forms are also available in the office of the Dy.Director(SW) of the district concerned and the Assistant Social Welfare Officers. The filled up applications form should be submitted to the college at the time of admission and the head of the institution shall immediately forward the same to the Assistant Social Welfare Officer concerned. Xerox Copies of SSC Certificate, Marks Memo, Caste Certificate and Declaration of Income by the parent should be enclosed to the scholarship form.

Free Supply Of Books

SC students studying in professional courses are eligible for free supply of books from Social Welfare Department.

Engineering students including Architecture Rs 7,500/- per student, per course.

Calculators

Each Engineering student will be sanctioned an amount of Rs.500/- during the course in cash towards purchase of calculator

Silver Jubilee Scholarships

In addition to the Post Matric Scholarship , a further amount of Rs.400/- p.m will be sanctioned as Silver Jubilee Scholarship to the needy SC students who are pursuing courses covered by EAMCET.

Prathiba Award

Toppers in Intermediate get scholarship per annum Rs. 17,500/-

Cash Awards to Meritorious students:

Meritorious students are properly rewarded in the form of cash and concessions.

Scholarship for poor and regular students:

A corpus fund of Rs.2.0 lacs is raised to help poor students who are regular at  their  studies and not in receipt of any  scholarship
