Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements

• HODs are involved in decision making related to college development, academic affairs & student activities.

• Faculty are involved in the development activities of the departments and various student activities and their development.

• Suggestions from students are taken for the development of the college, departments and teaching learning process.

• Feedback of students on faculty in terms of teaching learning process is taken in each semester and sincere efforts are made to improve the performance of faculty by counseling and training.
